ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner has been considered and a final order has been passed on his application by the first respondent in his proceedings in g.K.(m9)/1038/2025 dated 21.06.2025. A copy of the said order has also been produced before this Court.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
