ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., r/w Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, in Crime No.407 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported six sack bag river sand by using two wheeler. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD).No.10966 of 2020 5.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
