PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the impugned FIR in Crime No.211 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners herein.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.211 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the first respondent police conducted investigation and deleted the names of the petitioners 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10 and other persons were arrayed as accused in this case and also filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court. Against which, the defacto complainant filed a protest petition on the ground that some of the accused were not added as accused in the charge sheet. Hence, no further order is necessary in this case. 2/4

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners 3, 7, 8 and 11 to 16 as well as the defacto complainant to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
