ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam, Thanajvur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2018 as expeditiously within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.5 of 2018 filed by the respondents herein for partition with a consequential prayer for the passing of a final decree by appointing a Court Commissioner to divide his share in his favour.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending from the year 2018 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the fact that the suit is more than 5 years old, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
