*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Writ Petition is directed against the auction sale notification dated 13.06.2017, proposed to sell the property in S.F.NO.2/2 in Old Ward No.19, New Ward No.27, Door No.28 situated in Valaiyalkara Street, Aranthangi Town, Pudukkottai District, in e-auction on 14.07.2017.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there were no bidders and as such, the auction could not be conducted.

3. The said submission is recorded.

4. In view of the postponement of auction, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5. The Writ Petition is closed on account of the subsequent event. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
