Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the balance amount a sum of Rs.1,06,055/- along with at the rate of 12% interest from August, 2013 onwards to the petitioner for the construction of house under the Chief Minister's Solar Power Green House Scheme.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to disburse the balance amount from August, 2013 onwards to the petitioner for the construction of house under the Chief Minister's Solar Power Green House Scheme.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The petitioner was selected as a beneficiary under Chief Minister's Solar Powered Green House Scheme, for constructing a house. He constructed the house by mobilizing loan from outsiders. He was sanctioned with a sum of Rs.36,445/- as first instalment. According to the petitioner, after completion of the construction, the second respondent did not disburse the balance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
amount to the petitioner. He also made a representation dated 01.06.2017. But the same was not considered so far. Hence, he has come up with this Writ Petition before this Court. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2017, is disposed of by the second respondent as per law. 5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, if the petitioner satisfies the required eligible criteria, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
