When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent for the period of one year and now one year time period was also lapsed and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents also admitted that the time was lapsed.

3. In view of the above said submissions and also considering the fact that already the particular one year time period was lapsed, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
