ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. in Crime No.59 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This Court by order dated 23.08.2018, directed the respondent to conduct the enquiry. On enquiry, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.59 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 I.P.C. The offences are all bailable in nature. Therefore, the petition for seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
