ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent, by considering his representation dated 18.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is the adopted son of one Indrani and one Krishnaveni, who is his Ex-wife, has looted all the properties of his mother with the help of the 3rd respondent/the Sub Inspector of Police, Worraiyur Police Station, Trichy City.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the said Indrani has given all her properties in favour of one Vishnudevi, who is the daughter of the petitioner and she also executed a Will in favour of the said Vishnudevi. A registered 2/4

Will dated 15.11.2022 has also been produced before this Court.

4. As per the Will dated 15.11.2022, the said Indrani has given all her properties including movable and immovable properties to the said Vishnudevi, daughter of the petitioner.

5. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
