2.The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the local police personnel.

3.It is seen that Crime No.1202 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioners herein on the file of the Sellur Police Station, Madurai. In the said case, the petitioners were arrested. 4.Be that as it may, the facts remain that the final report has been filed in the said case. Therefore, the question of being summoned to the police station does not arise at all. The respondent wants to initiate the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is that the petitioners are refusing to receive the summons. I direct the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to serve the summons through whatsapp on the petitioners' counsel.

5.With this direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
