ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.Challenging the eviction notice dated 11.04.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner based on the representation dated 19.04.2025.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that similarly placed persons were already granted alternative site and some of them granted patta. Therefore, the petitioner is also entitled for the same. He has also submitted a representation dated 19.04.2025, seeking patta in his favour and the same is pending till date without any progress. 4.In view of the said submission, since the similarly placed persons were granted alternative site or patta, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the impugned eviction notice is kept in abeyance.
