ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2017.

2.Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned counsel for the third respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents seeking educational loan. The Divisional Manager, by his letter, dated 10.07.2017, directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application. Despite the same, no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the loan application of the petitioner, dated 23.05.2017 and the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.06.2017 and take appropriate action on merits and also as per the norms of the respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
