ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents Nos.3 and 4 to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet in H.S.No.4 of 2019 on the file of the fourth respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

Though the larger relief is sought for by the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.04.2023 seeking deletion of the name of the petitioner in the history sheet maintained by the fourth respondent is disposed of.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 2/4

respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2023 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
