ORDER

The plaintiff had instituted O.S.No.442 of 2016 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur for bare injunction only against one M.Thirunavukkarasu. Later, the plaintiff filed I.A.No.268 of 2017 alleging that the revision petitioner is also trying to interfere with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property. Therefore, the Court below allowed the said Interlocutory Application, by order dated 10.04.2018. The revision petitioner was impleaded as second defendant in O.S.No.442 of 2016. The correctness of the order is questioned in this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner. 3.The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner reiterated the contention set out in the memorandum of grounds. 4.I am of the view that since the plaintiff has made a specific allegation against the revision petitioner that she is trying to interfere with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property, the Court below was justified in allowing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Interlocutory Application. I find no merits in this petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
