ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.It appears that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner. The matter arising out of some commercial transaction. The third respondent alleges that the petitioner had cheated her and few others. Of-course, this allegation is denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint was given by the third respondent on 03.09.2020. The second respondent cannot keep the petition enquiry pending indefinitely.

4.The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of enquiry, the second respondent decides to register an FIR, if cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent will put the petitioner on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
