ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 377 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 317 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the accused subjected the defacto complainant to unnatural sex and threatened the defacto complainant to not to disclose it to any one and that the accused is continuously harassin the defacto complainant, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. On perusal of the statement recorded from the defacto complainant it is revealed that the petitioner is involved in a very serious offence and and also misbehaved with the defacto complainant and gave sex torture to him. The petitioner also used the victim to have homosex,therefore this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
