ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.28 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel with regard to the love affair of one Parkavi and Santhosh, on 01.02.2023 at about 04.30 p.a, the petitioners went to the defacto complainant's house, abused him in filthy language and attacked him. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the third anticipatory bail application. Earlier applications were dismissed of by this Court.

CRL OP(MD). No.9276 of 2023 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases. There is no change of circumstances.
