O R D E R

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 04.09.2016. The relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Pollachi, seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Vedasandur. Therefore, it will be very difficult for her to go over to Pollachi and contest the proceedings there.

2. Hence, in the interest of justice, taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2018 from the file of the Sub Court, Pollachi and transfers the same to the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur. The learned Subordinate Judge, Vedasandur, shall issue fresh notice to the respondent herein with regard to the next hearing date.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition stands allowed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
