ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 28.04.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that respondent-Police conducted enquiry and closed the petition and therefore, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police. The submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
