ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Inasmuch as the election to the post of President and Secretary is already over, the only remedy open to the petitioner is to invoke Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. As and when such remedy is sought, the Registrar concerned is directed to consider and dispose of the same within a period of three months thereafter.

2.The Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
