ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court by order dated 27.08.2021, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions and the case was directed to be listed today (29.09.2021) under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the conditions imposed in the anticipatory bail application have been strictly complied with and he has also filed a memo to that effect. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also ascertained the same and reported that the petitioner has paid the entire amount to the labourers.
