ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is conducted and closed and a copy of the closure report has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
