Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling records of the 3rd respondent i.e., the Tahsildhar, Sivagangai relating to impugned proceedings Na.Ka.NO. Aa2/3680/2016 dated 19.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Village Assistant in Kandangipatti Village as per the provisions contained in the TamilNadu Village Assistants Special Rules within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honble High Court.
