PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 120B and 109 IPC in Crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is seen that this is the fourth application for bail and the earlier three applications were dismissed by this Court on 26.11.2022, 10.01.2023 and 20.03.2023.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in S.C.No.12 of 2022, 37 witnesses have already been examined and the trial is fag end. The petitioner has also filed an application for recall the witnesses and the same was allowed by the trial Court. If the petitioner is released on bail, there is a possibility of absconding the offence.

CRL OP(MD). No.9272 of 2023 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the facts that 37 witnesses have already been examined and the trial is fag end, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
