[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to produce Sameeha Affrin, daughter of Abdul Ajeesh, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is major and married Mohamed Yasar Arafat and the marriage was performed on 05.10.2020 and both are living happily at Dindigul. In support of the said statement, the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 has filed typed set of papers containing a copy of marriage invitation and marriage register of Jamath.
