: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to re-conduct the election of A-1318, Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Soolapuram, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai, in the presence of Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Hon'ble Court.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Committee already constituted on the orders of the Division Bench of the Principal Seat of this Court may be directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner.

3. We are not inclined to accept the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the Division Bench has specifically held that the pending complaints alone shall be considered by the Hon'ble Committee.

4. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner has got any grievance against the election conducted and declared, he can exhaust Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. No costs.
