ORDER
The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the impugned suspension order passed by the second respondent, dated 10.05.2017, on various grounds.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, produced an order, dated 10.07.2017, passed by the second respondent, in and by which, the second respondent has revoked the impugned order of suspension, which is under challenge in this Writ Petition and therefore, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the order of revocation has been passed, the respondents shall treat the suspension period as duty period. 4.However, in reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that since the order of revocation has already been passed accepting the case of the petitioner, necessary order will be passed in due course. 5.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
