ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Theni to dispose the suit in O.S.No.319 of 2019 within the time to be fixed by this Court. (*)2.Mr.B. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 15 and 16. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, 1 to 14, notice to the respondents 1 to 14 is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner herein is the fourth defendant in O.S.No.319 of 2019 filed by the first respondent herein for partition and for other consequential reliefs. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending from 2/4

the year 2019 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2019, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.319 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
