ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to take action against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2022.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had obtained permission for conducting the Aadal Padal program from this Court and when the Aadal Padal program was functioning, the fourth respondent police attacked the petitioner and abused him in filthy language. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a complaint before the first respondent for taking appropriate action against the fourth respondent. But no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court. 3.This Court perused the complaint made by the petitioner and on perusal of the same, there was a law and order issue while conducting the Aadal Padal program, in which, the respondents police are entitled to take action against the erred persons.

4.If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the action of the private respondent, he has to file a private complaint before the trial Court for appropriate remedy and not before this Court under Section 226 of the Constitution of India and hence, there is no infringement of constitutional violations under the statutory rights.

5.In view of the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
