No. 19/2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kuzhithalai within the stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ABUTHAHEER, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- By an order dated 30.08.2022, the above Civil Revision Petition was disposed of with the direction to the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2018 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Principal District Munsif, Kulithalai has sent a letter dated 16.06.2023 bearing reference D.No.238/2023 to the Additional Registrar (General) of this Court through the Principal District Judge Karur, requesting for extension of time to dispose of O.S.No.19 of 2018. In the said letter dated 16.06.2023, the learned 2/4

Principal District Munsif Kulithalai has given certain reasons for non-disposal of the suit which reads as under:- ... The above said order had been received by this Court on 18.10.2022. As per the order of the Hon'ble High Court, the above case has to be disposed by 18.06.2023. After receipt of order of the Hon'ble High Court, this court expeditious the trial and PW1 and PW3 and DW1 are examined and cross examined, Nine Interlocutory Applications are filed and disposed at the time of Trial proceedings. Plaintiff side arguments heard. Now, the case stands posted on 19.06.2023 for Defendant side Arguments.

3.
