Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7711 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7545 of 2023 concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
