This Court, vide order dated 21.09.2021, dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner herein.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
