ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.202 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that without any valid permission, the petitioner has illegally transported 1 Unit of Msand in the Van. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases similar in nature.

No.11487 of 2022 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case that the petitioner is having two previous case similar in nature, he is not entitled for the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail.
