ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to 2 and 3 to provide adequate police security with weapon as per the Advisory of Ministry of Home Affairs dated 14.06.2013 for continuous threat from the Land Mafia and the Government Officials for the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition is bereft of particulars. The petitioner has not enclosed any document as if he received any threatening message. The petitioner in a matter of this nature must come out with true facts. Since no such particulars are found in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, I do not find any reason to issue a Writ of Mandamus.

5.In the upshot, we dismiss the Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
