ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inclusion of the names of the private respondents in the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned properties. He had submitted the petition mentioned representation before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I made it clear 2/4
that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
