For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 299/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.299 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having five previous case under IPC offences, out of which, three cases were disposed and two cases in Crime Nos.203 of 2021 and 763 of 2020 are pending on the file of the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioner and the antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
