2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the

following terms:

(i)The learned District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, is requested to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
