RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify condition (a) directing the Petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the order of Anticipatory Bail in Crl.OP.(MD).No.7142 of 2023 vide its order dt.18.4.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAMUEL GUNASINGH P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7142 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 in respect of payment of the amount.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7591 of 2023 effect that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- directly to the defacto complainant and on production of proof/acknowledgement, the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
