ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.469 of 2020. He would further submit that after full trial, the accused came to be acquitted.
