ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to allocate a newly constructed shop of Kanagmoolam daily market, Vadasery, Nagercoil to the petitioner on the daily rent basis of Rs.125/- as per the resolution No.4 passed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.01.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the illegality of allotment and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs.
