ORDER

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed against order, dated 19.03.2019, passed in Review I.A.No.30 of 2018, in A.S.No. 43 of 2010, on the file of the Sub Court, Kulithalai.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted the affidavit filed by the petitioner / plaintiff. Wherein, he prayed to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file second Appeal.

3. The said affidavit is taken on record. Having considered the submission and having perused the affidavit, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to file Second Appeal. There shall be no order as to cost.
