Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.5842 of 2026, dated 29.04.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,000/-and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2. The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned. Accordingly, CMP(MD)No.5842 of 2026 is allowed.

Since the other petitions in CMP(MD) Nos.5844 and 5846 of 2026 are consequential in nature, the same are also allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and list the matter on 17.06.2026.
