dated 12.08.2018, which has been submitted before the respondents on 13.08.2018.
2. We are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. The petitioner, after making representation only on 13.08.2018, has filed the present Writ Petition, on 15.08.2018. As held by the Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Apex Court that sufficient time is a pre-requisite before approaching the Court. The statutory authority cannot be expected to take appropriate steps immediately on receipt of representation, as it involves a procedure to be followed. Thus, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after sometime. No costs.
