ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P.(MD). No.1394 of 2019, dated 06.11.2019 and requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, vide letter in D.No.852/2022, dated 19/10/2022, this Court made the following order:

"The learned Principal District Judge, Theni, sent a letter dated 31.10.2022 requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No.11 of 2014, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.11.2019.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 31.10.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.11 of 2014."
