O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the undated impugned notice of the third respondent, by which the petitioner was asked to pay the increased rent of Rs.1,470/- with effect from 01.07.2016.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has been paying the old rent of Rs.484/- per month and all of a sudden, the same was increased to Rs.1,470/- vide impugned notice without providing any opportunity of hearing to him. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come before this Court with the above said prayer.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is willing and prepared to pay the enhanced amount as fixed by the third respondent.

5. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
