For Respondent : A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.02 of 2018 on the file of the respondent ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as 5th accused in Crime No.02 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 of IPC and Section 5 of the Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial establishment) Act 1997, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.11280 of 2019 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was a Director in the accused company and that sofar, they have received complaint from as many as 477 depositors. From the confession of the main accused, it is seen that there are more than 7000 depositors and the total value is several crores of rupees. The other accused were granted only bail and in fact, the prosecution has appealed and prayed for cancelling the bail granted in favour of A-2.

4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
