This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and to run his hotel business Viz., ''Gomathi Mess'' situated in South Car Street of Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated and the same is pending. 2/4

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass suitable orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
