The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.29075 of 2023, dated 11.12.2023.

2. Records have been produced before the Court to the effect that pension papers of the writ petitioner has been processed as per the revised pay scale and gratuity amount has also been credited to the bank account of the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the above said fact, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
