PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.3. The First Information Report came to be registered against the petitioner by the respondent Police. After investigation, a final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No. 72 of 2017, dated 04.08.2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai and the case is posted for appearance of the accused persons on 11.09.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would further submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed by the respondent Police and this petitioner has been shown as an absconding accused in the final report.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai, during every hearing date without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

4.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
