Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner had hit the victim with crowbar. Therefore, the petitioner's earlier petition was dismissed by me on 27.07.2018. Merely because the defacto complainant has come out from the hospital, the same cannot be construed as a change in circumstance. It is the nature of the act attributed to the petitioner that impelled this Court to dismiss the earlier petition. For the very same reason, this petition is dismissed.
